Day 7: Miyajima and Hiroshima

Day 7 was a Hiroshima-based day trip to Miyajima. We left the city, took the ferry across, and spent the main part of the day on the island.

On Miyajima, we went to the waterfront and Itsukushima Shrine area, then continued through the shopping street and up toward Daishoin.

After returning by ferry, we went back into Hiroshima for the evening. Dinner was at Kaki Den near Hiroshima Station, with seafood, anago, and oysters.
