Day 14: Takayama to Kamiyamada Onsen
Day 14 was a travel day out of Takayama. We left through Takayama Station and went through the Hirayu area, with mountain roads and river views along the way.
The main stop was Matsumoto. We spent time around Matsumoto Station and Matsumoto Castle, including the bridge, moat, castle views, and nearby streets.
From Matsumoto, the route continued to Togura Station and Kamiyamada Onsen. We stayed at Kamesei Ryokan, with tatami rooms, baths, and dinner at the ryokan.
